MAKING QUALITY WATER
The
need to obtain fresh water or to treat seawater, wells or sorces with higher
content of dissolved salts or pollutants than average, is constantly increasing.
Frequently, even the average value of dissolved solids present in the municipal
water supply is greater than stated. MAGIC water treatment systems can defined
without a doubt as the revolutionary solution to these problems.

The
systems are designed to treat, surface water, wastewater and process streams
across many industries.A unique electronically controlled equipments, with spiral wound submergibles membranes design with aeration to mitigate membrane fouling, and negative working pressure operation, is used.
The systems are capable of handling the most difficult wastewaters with low operating costs.
Feed to the ultrafiltration process is separated into two streams: permeate and concentrate. The system operates at a recovery of 90%, with means that 90% of all feedwater entering the membrane tank is converted to permeate, and 10% of feedwater entering the membrane tank is removed from the process as concentrate.
Permeate is free in suspended solids and has reduced levels of BOD and COD.
Reverse osmosis is a technological process
by means of which, applying pressure on water that circulates in contact with
a semipermeable membrane, results in a separation of contaminants and pollutants
from the water throughout the membrane for its later collection and channelization
to the consumption. The water flow rejects at the outer layer of the membranes
so the pollutants are dragged towards the drain. As a result of this process
of continuous selfcleaning the endurance of the membranes is thousands of
hours of operation. The MAGIC reverse osmosis systems are highly effective,
even under extremely adverse conditions. No other technology is capable of
giving to the water all the quality and the taste that MAGIC reverse osmosis
systems supply.
